AI model files (AI upscalers)

The AI upscalers use Real-ESRGAN models created by Xintao Wang and colleagues, released under the BSD 3-Clause licence (github.com/xinntao/Real-ESRGAN). The models run in ONNX format. The model files are downloaded from these Hugging Face repositories the first time you use an AI tool: realesr-general-x4v3 (AI Image Upscaler), realesrgan-x4plus (AI Image Upscaler, alternative model) and realesrgan-x4plus-anime-6b (Anime & Illustration Upscaler). The AI engine’s WebAssembly file is loaded from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) and is part of ONNX Runtime, listed above.
