Why this site exists
Many image jobs are too small to justify opening a full creative application, creating an account or sending files through a complicated workflow. JPGtoPNGnow focuses on those quick tasks: convert a format, reduce a file, resize dimensions, crop an image, add a watermark or prepare a social-media frame.
Browser-first processing
Where the tool and browser support it, image processing happens locally on your device. That approach can reduce unnecessary file uploads and makes many tools feel immediate. Some formats or future features may require different processing methods, and those cases should be explained on the relevant tool page.
How we design tools
Each tool is intended to have a clear purpose, visible result information and a direct download action. We avoid requiring registration for basic use and do not add watermarks to user output unless the user is specifically using the watermark tool.
